Jon serves as an independent director of our Jersey based funds. Jon has over two decades of alternative funds services experience. Jon has accumulated significant M&A experience during his time on client boards over the past 15 years, whilst he has had first-hand experience in both the purchase and sales processes in a Private Equity environment. In 2017, he personally led the successful acquisition of a fund administration business in a competitive auction process whilst he was also a member of a senior executive committee which negotiated the sale of a global fiduciary business to a European Private Equity fund manager in the same year. Jon is a fellow of the Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants.
